These terms govern your use of Packfable and your purchase of digital products from it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Using the store
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Purchases and payment
- Pricing: prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you pay.
- Payment: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Delivery: products are digital and available to download from your account once payment is confirmed.
3. License to use products
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own projects, including commercial ones, unless the product page states otherwise.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files as stand-alone assets.
- Share your account or download links with people who have not purchased.
- Attempt to bypass payment, download limits, or any security measure.
5. Intellectual property
All products and site content remain the property of Packfable or its creators. Buying a product grants a license, not ownership of the underlying rights.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the store means you accept the updated terms.
